The SEND TO AW Group
This group allows results to be created by different methods such that they
can be readily utilised by AW. The program also holds the current Athletics
Weekly standards.
8.7.1Email To AW
This will create one email to AW which will have an a file of match results
suitable for AW attached. The user does not need to perform any action
other than sending the email.
8.7.2Print AW Style Results
This will print a short summary of the match results and any cumulative
round points. Then apply the AW event standards to the entire match and
print the results in the AW format, these printouts can be faxed to AW.
8.7.3Create AW Results File
This will create file containing a short summary of the match results and
any cumulative round points. Then apply the AW event standards to the
entire match add include the results in the AW format. An additional section
will then be added which contains information which Athleticsdata can use.
This may be encoded and should not be changed.
8.7.4View AW Standards
This will display the recommended AW standard for printing in AW.
8.7.5Fixture Id
This item allows the entry of the fixture identity given to the meeting by
Athletics Weekly. Leave this blank or enter the number allocated by AW.
