RECALLING MEETINGS
This section describes how to recall a meeting any time after the meeting has
occurred. The program(s) should be started normally and the UTILITIES,
Recall Math option selected.
9.1Recall Meeting
The recall option allows the recall a particular meeting.
A search will be made for match files and successive menus for all
the matches found presented.
The user should make the appropriate choice from the menus presented.
The recall selection can be cancelled on any menu by selecting Quit.
The menus presented appear in the order Year, League Name, division
(Area, Sub-area) and round number (index).
If a menu appears with only the quit option, then a match file has been
altered in some way such that it is not recognisable. In these cases
the only choice is to quit the recall.
After the round number is chosen the selected meeting effectively becomes
the "current match" and all prompters are set Off. Any changes made to the
match become permanent in the same way as if it was being used at the match.
A recalled meeting should be ended in the normal way using EXIT,
End Meeting.
E.G. Typical succession of menus displayed to recall the Southern Mens
league Division 3W Round 2 for 2009.
The date used on any printout or file generated will will be the current date
unless specifically requested not to.
