Modifications and updates included

1. Modified athlete name spacing in athlete names entry fields.

1. Standard and record fields added to field cards.
2. Improved text positioning on field cards.
3. Removal of automatic commenting of "No competitors" in general comments.
4. All matches now adjust an 8 team draws to the number of teams in a match.
5. Added competition and Venue information to auto restart options.
6. Additional log file messages and data saving.
7. Added option for cancelled field events when using a field series, see documentation 5.9. This eliminates the situation where a field event is cancelled but a field series is in use causing the program to appear to hang when attempting to print the final page of results with that event occurs. Code fix applied in v3.50.02.

1. PDF results file generation is truncated when any team has no relay athletes.
   Code fix applied in v3.50.01.

1. All text file generations are duplicated with PDF files.
2. Minor changes to photo timing menus and operation.
